The Eco Centre at Kuramathi Maldives aims to monitor and reduce the impact of the resort’s operations on the surrounding marine environment and contribute to marine conservation in the Maldives through data collection and sharing, sustainable tourism services, and outreach and education activities with tourists and the local community. We are based in Kuramathi resort (Rasdhoo Atoll) and our research focuses on coral reefs and coral restoration, and marine megafauna such as manta rays, sharks, and sea turtles.
